The miles of sky between clouds

How can our given skin

hold the immensity

 of this sorrow

within the gravity 

of fear

~

That a darkness

is an explosion of stars

where we become water

inside of a dream

and return to the sea

~

In the distance between clouds

we can drown and become mist

~

The miles of sky 

unleashing imagination

~

And no matter how far we travel

even to our own edge

we are all held captive

by the imprint of love

and the architecture 

that it shapes within us

~

There are now unknown geometries

and with that we will learn 

uncertainty

and how to breathe under water

~

There is a dark path

that opens into light

and we are asked to remember

~

The sacred breath that is moving clouds

is a wind that moves within everything

~

Breathe and sing

the prayer of this only sky

as it holds the generosity

of love.

There are different kinds of Light

opening 

inside of everything

~

The slow unfurl

revealing

a holy architecture

~

Geometry of bones and planets 

the lines of a wish

a linear dream

~

Becoming angles of structure

the curving fluid

of our reach

toward God

~

And the ancient movement 

of color

shaping oceans

within your eyes

~

The hidden smile of earth

terrain of mountains, laughing

into the quiet songs

of desert

and the breathing sky

~

Timeless

it is all of us

 and it is everything

~

These are different prayers

of Light
